Tech Support

 Telephone and Email Support: $150 per hour.

First call is 2 hours billed at $300.00 for the first support call on that occurrence.

Credit card payment is required before support is given.

Time is billed in 30 minutes increments billed against the CC.

In the event that a part is purchased from BSI exceeding $1000 the telephone support charges will be credited to the purchase cost of the part.
